Fooled ya!! Am NOT going to talk about either Politics or Religion. Well, I AM going to talk about these topics, but I won’t actually be talking about them. Yunno what I mean? Are you absolutely CONFUSED by now?
Of ‘cos you are. Who wouldn’t be, right? You see, what I’m trying to say is I will NOT propagate on either of these 2 topics. I believe there are enough people out there doing just that! Now, don’t get me wrong - I have plenty to say, but I’ll keep MY opinions to myself, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
Mama D has always held the belief that if one wishes to talk about something as serious as Politics or Religion, one should research thoroughly, and rather than gripe about what’s wrong in today’s world, offer solutions as an alternative. But do we always get that? No, we don’t! All we get are complaints after complaints and more complaints… about Anything & Everything under the Sun (by the way, that’s my Blog’s agenda, remember? The “Anything & Everything” part, not the “complaints” part).
If one wishes to contribute to a Better World, then devote one’s time and energy into figuring out how best to improve a situation, not merely sound the problems. Also, acting like a fanatic in any situation is not a good thing. Indulging in moderation should always be the way. Why do you think that we still have wars in this modern age of ours. If we have developed so much as human beings, and advanced so far ahead since our fore-fathers, why are we still fighting one another?
Maybe, if the world was ruled by dogs (like me, Akita) instead of human beings, it would be a better WORLD to live in? Look at all the animal lovers out there. All that love by humans for their pets and vice versa. Why don’t humans love humans? Gets you thinking, eh?
Now, don’t get me wrong here. I do believe that there should be a Strong, Stable Government balanced by an equally Strong Opposition in all countries of the world, not merely in one’s country of residence. We survive by being interdependent on one another, all nations of the world, so a neighbouring continent’s welfare is equally as important as one’s own country’s well being. Unfortunately, humans are such “morons”.
I’m sure everyone starts out wanting to Make a Better World, but somewhere along the way, they fight about “what” should be done, “how” it should be done and give their own selfish explanations as to “why” it should be done the way it’s done. Confused again? Exactly my point.
Enough said about Politics. Let’s tackle Religion. Who cares which religion is the best. As long as it is humanly possible for you to do some good when you’re still in this world, regardless of what Religion you’re in, what Sect, what “whatever”, that should be good enough. Life is too short, don’t you think? If God is looking down on us right now, HE or SHE will laugh himself or herself (or maybe ITSELF) silly, seeing how foolish we are. Just do good, that’s all. A little good or alot of good, it doesn’t matter. Just stop arguing about Religion!!
You see, somewhere along the way in Politics and Religion, Man loses sight of an earlier “purer” form of mission. Ego sets in, greed, power, madness and all emotions that destroys one’s rationale. Enough, I can go on, and on, and on. But of course, I won’t bore you to tears.
